Ms. Durga Devi has pursued her Master’s in Finance and Computer Application and Certified from Texas University for Organizational Behaviour and Management. She worked as Senior Lead Quality Analyst in reputed Software companies in the USA before returning back to India. Coming from a Real Estate business family, she inherited a passion for analyzing the financial climate and market trends to ensure effective business processes.
Ms. Devi handles the fiscal operations and assists in creating strategic plans for developing the business by preparing growth plans for ongoing and new venture projects. Her interpersonal and communication skills help to mentor and manage the team at AVANI effectively.
Mr. A.S. Rama Raju

Mr. Rama Raju has started his professional career as an Interior Designing Consultant and later established his own construction business. He has over two decades of experience in the construction and interior designing field and been involved in some of prestigious projects like C.M camp office in Telangana, restoration works for Jubilee Hall (Public Garden, Hyderabad) and Telangana Assembly, Hyderabad.
Mr Rama Raju brings in his expertise, knowledge and work experience, that helps in driving AVANI’s vision to execution on site to meet 100% needs of the customers.His uncompromising attention to detail comes to the fore at every stage of project execution driving the overall execution and providing efficient project delivery to the customers.
Mr. Bhupathiraju Srinivas Verma

Mr. Srinivas Verma has done his Master’s in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani. After spending 22+ years in the IT sector working with Microsoft (USA) and Wipro in many key roles such as Data Science Manager, Solutions Architect, Principal Business Analyst delivering several key software products, he decided to move back to India to pursue his passion as an entrepreneur.
Mr. Verma Co-founded AVANI group with a vision of delivering high-quality eco-friendly themed real estate developments that are unparalleled and driven by a set of core ethical values. Blending traditional wisdom with new-age temperament driven by technology, Mr. Verma with his strategic leadership, thinking and creativity, ensures to provide innovative, modern and healthier spaces to the customers.

Ms. Surekha Samudrala has pursued her degree in Bsc. Computer Sciences and worked as an administrative lead with renowned corporate companies. Her expertise is in assessing the needs of the company and finding ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
Ms. Surekha leads and communicates with the team to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s needs. And gives special focus on bringing standards & best practices to the company and takes initiative to maintain reliability from AVANI to its customers.
Dr. Gogisetty Narasimha Rao
Managing Director
Dr. G Narasimha Rao has pursued his P.G Diploma in Cyber Law. In his 26+ years of expertise as a Tax Consultant and in legal revenue matters, representing in Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal and Hon’ble High Court, He acted as a Vice President in the Twin Cities Tax Practitioner Association and as a Joint Secretary. He has been Practicing as an Advocate in the A.P. High Court since 2009 dealing with Legal Matters.
Mr. Narasimha truly believes in a customer-centric approach, with total emphasis on accommodating the wishes and requirements, bringing customer’s projects to life. His expertise lies in excellent acquisition and negotiation skills, that helps in procurement of clear title land and the legalities verified, ensures to satisfy each of our client’s needs at AVANI and builds long-lasting relationships in the real estate community.
